Puppy Love (2023)

After a brush with Covid-19 during the pandemic, Max Peterson (The Flash’s Grant Gustin) is a neurotic, OCD-riddled, socially awkward mess of a person. His therapist suggests he go out and try to make friends, but the friend he makes ends up being a rescue dog named Chloe. Meanwhile, Nicole Matthew (Pretty Little Liar’s Lucy Hale), is the complete opposite. She’s a home stager who seems more comfortable in chaos and has also recently gotten a dog, a stray she names Channing Tatum. Somehow these two connect on a dating app, and while they appear horribly mismatched, their dogs fall in love and Chloe gets knocked up. Because of this, Max and Nicole have no choice but to see each other on the reg, and whaddaya know, these opposites end up attracted to each other. Who could’ve predicted this? Surely not everyone. The only true surprises are the bit of untanned sideboob we get from Lucy right at the start off the film and the up-shorts crotch shot of her while she’s laying on the couch about an hour and thirty-seven minutes in - seen better through the magic of Skin-Vision!
