Murder Mubarak (2024)

An adaptation of the cheeky 2021 novel Club You To Death by Anuja Chauhan, this Netflix mystery series from India introduces us to the Royal Club of Delhi, a club created for the Brits during their era of occupation that has since become the premiere place for the shallow Indian elite. That is until a hunky Zumba instructor who worked at the club’s gym gets murdered and its up to non-traditional Assistant Commissioner of Police Bhavani Singh (Pankaj Tripathi) to solve the case. Some of the suspects include a lawyer (Vijay Varma) and his childhood crush Bambi, played by Sara Ali Khan, who shows up in a cleavage-baring, midriff-showing dress. Things get even sexier when she appears in a lacy red bra during a secret rendezvous. Khan you believe it?
