The Perfect Husband (2014)

This movie may take place in the quintessential "remote cabin in the woods," but in the thriller, it's not any mysterious outside forces that wreaking havoc on the couple's vacation plans. Viola (Gabriella Wright) and Nichola recently lost a baby during Viola's pregnancy, and it's plaguing them both more than they'd like to admit. Soon enough, things start to get violent and creepy, and a neighbor unfortunately takes the brunt of Nichola's torture. At one point, he also handcuffs Viola to the bed in her underwear, though she luckily manages to escape before anything too brutal happens. Good ol' Nick doesn't quite seem like he's the perfect husband at this point, but we'll leave that up to you to decide.
