Our Staff Picks column takes you back to a time when video stores reigned supreme and the "Staff Picks" section was the place to find out what films were worthy of one's time. Of course, our version of Staff Picks has a decidedly skintillating angle, as we suss out which films from a particular subgenre are the best to find great nudity. This week let's cover one of the absolute BEST genres in TV: legal dramas.
That's right: we are heading to TV Land for this week's Staff Picks and for a good reason. Legal dramas are fun to watch. They twist and turn the laws to either honor them or show how the law can be manipulated for bad purposes. Legal dramas also have intense characters from lawyers to judges to people who are on trial. This means that there are A LOT of opportunities for nudity. You might be surprised to learn that there is nothing illegal about nudity on these shows. Don't believe me? Damages
Glenn Close on TV? That's Glenn Close on the Emmy-nominated FX drama Damages to you! Glenn Close plays one of my personal favorite TV villains, lawyer Patty Hewes. She is known for being ruthless, mean, cunning, and bending the law in the name of the law. When she takes an up-and-coming lawyer played by Rose Byrne under her wing, Rose's character is pushed to do questionable things. Will she become the next Patty Hewes or no? That's the point of Damages!
Damages had some network changes over the course of its five season run. By the end of its time, it was able to show a lot more nudity. In the final season, multiple characters went topless. There's nothing damaging about the domes on Gillian Alexy!
Goliath
David E. Kelly went back to the law drama drawing board for another hit: Goliath. Billy Bob Thornton plays a down-on-his-luck lawyer who has to turn his dwindling career around. After a weird wrongful death suit, he finds his mojo and is inspired to do everything he can to win the case. Nude babes definitely help!
Molly Parker and Maria Bello are boobs-out lesbians who are interrupted when they are in the act and Tania Raymonde is banged from behind. Watching their breasts will make something Goliath in your jeans!
The Good Fight
The Good Fight is a popular spinoff of The Good Wife, but the wives in this show are actually quite naughty. Christine Baranski plays a lawyer and is joined by Rose Leslie who is both a lawyer and her goddaughter. They breakdown a Ponzi scheme case while we scheme to watch some babes go nude. Isabella Farrell shows her beautiful booty before she is attacked in a hot tub.
Kristen Carpenter changes close in the first episode of season two. She fights those clothes and her TA win!
