The gorgeous Tanya Roberts passed away earlier this month. Sadly, it has been a chaotic month, so I was not able to issue her a proper remembrance shortly after her death which is why I would like to do it now. Join me in remembering and honoring actress Tanya Roberts and her very best scenes. From B-movies to Bond films, Tanya really did it all.
Tanya Roberts was born in The Bronx as Victoria Leigh Blum and began her career as a model and off-Broadway actress. It did not take long for people to notice her skills and beauty that were deserving of being put in front of a camera. She even signed on to replace Shelly Hack on Charlie's Angels in which she pleased TV viewers with her fighting skills before she went back to doing some horror exploitation movies like The Beastmaster and Sheena.
She did not stop with these kinds of roles either! The 90s welcomed even more TA from Tanya in several different projects until she found her way back to mainstream TV.
Tanya became known to a whole new generation of viewers when she played Donna's mom on That 70s Show. She was a groovy mom who knew how to fill out her bell bottoms, turning the TV mom tropes around with her natural charm and husky voice.
Tanya Roberts died at 65 on January 5th of this year. She leaves behind a wonderful array of movies to honor her with. Watch one of her most skintastic scenes here:
