Rebecca (2021)

The French show Rebecca—not to be confused with either Hitchcock or Ben Wheatley's adaptation of the Daphne du Maurier novel of the same name—is a police procedural about the proverbial "one that got away," only in this case, it's not in the romantic sense but rather in a notoriously unsolved murder case kind of literal "one that got away" sort of way. Rebecca (Anne Marivin) left the life of a detective behind six years ago when she failed to nab a serial killer that was wreaking havoc all over her territory. Now, another murder strikingly similar to those unsolved murders pops up and her old colleagues come to Rebecca with an offer to rejoin the fight. With six years of anger and resentment and guilt having reached its boiling point, Rebecca decides the time is right and comes out of retirement to put this case to bed for good. Of course, it's going to be easier said than done as well, as six years on the bench have meant that her skills aren't quite as sharp as they were. However, with a grudge to settle, Rebecca is going to put this thing away once and for all before the day is done. The show got off to a skinsational start in the debut episode with both Salomé Granelli and Marie Bouvet baring their breasts in bed after a little sapphic sex! Throw in bonus boobs from Salomé in episode two as she does some work as a cam girl and we're thinking that this is one police procedural worth Skinvestigating!
