Maria Vidal is The Lonely Woman (1973), at least she was when cast in her first movie of the same name. But when you look as hot as she does than you know you won’t be lonely for long. Oddly, she was also cast in I Hate My Body (1974), a weird tale of the brain of a male engineer transplanted into a female body, but that move was played as an eyeopener for the man to the sins of sexual discrimination, not the tawdry drama we hoped. But things turned around for Maria in the horror flick Night of the Seagulls (1975), where she is topless, though in a scene of brutality, but we can always see what we want to see and dismiss the rest.
