Conceiving a baby in our modern world sometimes requires more than just some good old fashioned bumping of uglies, as Casual's Eliza Coupe and Shameless' Steve Howey discover in the new comedy Making Babies. Coupe and Howey play a couple who have tried and failed over the years to have a child, and have now turned to modern science to help the process along. However, as you can see from this trailer, the lack of intimacy in their relationship soon starts driving a wedge between them.
It's your standard rom-com type set-up, which is well worn ground this film seems content to trod. It seems like the cast may help elevate this beyond standard fare, as the film also features an ace supporting cast including Ed Begley Jr, Jon Daly, Jennifer LaFleur, and Orange is the New Black's Elizabeth Rodriguez! On a more bittersweet note, this film will mark the final screen appearance of the lovely Glenne Headly, who passed away in 2017.
Eliza Coupe has done her fair share of nudity in the past, and considering the subject matter, I wouldn't be shocked to see her follow suit here. In the meantime, catch up on her amazing nude scenes from Casual and other projects over on her Mr. Skin page!
