Jane the Virgin (2015-2019)

The Golden Globe winning series Jane the Virgin premiered on the CW Network in the Fall of 2014. The series stars Gina Rodriguez as Jane, a devout Latina teen living in Miami who gets accidentally artificially inseminated by her doctor during a routine checkup. Jane gets pressured by her mother (Andrea Navedo) to consider getting rid of the pregnancy so she doesn't have to face being a single mother like she did, but her supportive grandmother (Ivonne Coll) encourages Jane to make whatever decision feels most right for her. Obviously, she keeps the baby, only to find out that the dad (Justin Baldoni) is a married cancer survivor, her boss and former crush, and is now sterile due to the chemo, so those little swimmers were the only ones he had. Of course, while she plans to give him and his wife (Yael Grobglas) the baby, sure enough Rafael and Jane fall in love. Throw in Jane's famous dad (Jaime Camil), the lesbian doctor who made the big whoopsie with the man goo (Yara Martinez), some crime lords, killers, and all sorts of other wild characters and you can see why this American version of a telenovela lasted for five seasons. Since this is a family program airing on a fairly major network, you shouldn't expect too much skin. However, on Episode 10 which aired in early 2015, we did get a nice look at Bridget Regan in a bra following a sensational sapphic encounter with her lady friend! Gina Rodriguez was absurdly hot as Jane, especially in scenes where she embraces her love of sex including by doing some very kinky bondage stuff. She may no longer be pure, but she's pure sex whenever she takes her clothes off! Rosario Dawson popped up every now and again to make out and grab the ass of Yael Grobglas, though they'll have to compete with Yara Martinez and Megan Ketch for hottest girl on girl makeout scene. Yara will eventually kiss Briget Regan and Elisabeth Rohm, but those scenes are much more family friendly. Someday Gina will pop her nudity cherry, but until then we'll just be here lusting after Jane the Virgin.
