Dark-haired Diana Bovio is one sultry Señorita! Hailing from a multi-talented family (her brother is a vocalist for the band Stream of Passion), the brown-eyed babe chose to pursue a career in acting. After appearing in a variety of short films and on television programs such as the mystery series Morir en Martes (2010) and the foreign version of SNL Saturday Night Live Mexico (2013), Diana scored her first starring role in the horror flick 1974: La posesión de Altair (2016), for which the aspiring scream queen received a Best Actress nomination for a Canacine Award. Following this recognition, Ms. Bovio worked in feature-length comedies, playing Rosita in The Kids Are Back (2017), Julia in Ready to Mingle (2019), Nancy in Mirreyes contra Godinez (2019), and Estrella in Cindy La Regia (2020). In other words, these roles put her on a roll! The versatile actress then went from the big screen to the small screen, landing the lead on the comedy series Barbara’s Sins (2019). She also garnered a part in the Netflix miniseries The Search (2020). Based on a true crime story near Mexico City, the drama has Diana playing the arousing Amanda. In episode 3 (aptly entitled “The Climax”), the effervescent ingénue flashes her flesh while enjoying a bubble bath. That is, until her guy arrives and takes her to his bed.
