Wednesday (2022)

It's strange that it took until 2022 for Tim Burton to actually direct an Addams Family related project, since the director's entire aesthetic seems tailor made for artist Charles Addams' most beloved and enduring creation. The Netflix Original Series Wednesday, which premiered in December 2022, sets its focus not on the exploits of patriarch Gomez (Luis Guzman), matriarch Morticia (Catherine Zeta-Jones), or even the beloved Uncle Fester (Fred Armisen), but rather on Addams Family daughter Wednesday, played by the sexy Jenna Ortega, who had a breakout role earlier in 2022 with the horror hit X (2022). 

Wednesday is sent by her parents to Nevermore Academy, the boarding school where they first met and fell in love, in hopes that their morbid daughter might find some friends, or even a first love. She meets lots of students, including Enid Sinclair, played by blue-eyed beauty Emma Myers, who shows some pokies in the debut episode! Unfortunately, the wolf girl doesn't ever shed her clothes, though neither does Wednesday, so anyone hoping for a hot lesbian scene between Jenna Ortega and Emma Myers will have to wait for season two at least. 

Original big screen Wednesday Christina Ricci appears in the series as well in a nice nod to fans of the franchise—and fans of the first collaboration between Burton and Ricci, Sleepy Hollow (1999)—but she stays covered as well. As a matter of fact, Wednesday has no nudity whatsoever, in typical Tim Burton and Addams Family fashion. 

There's always season two, but don't hold out too much hope of seeing Jenna Ortega nude in season two of Wednesday!
