Queens on the Run (2023)

Four discontent friends decide to go on the road trip they’ve been wanting to take since high school. There’s frantic suburban wife and mother Marilu (Alejandra Ambrosi); Paty (Martha Higareda), the trophy wide of a superficial political hopeful; Famela (Paola Nunez), a busy career gal trying to get pregnant by her busy hubby; and lastly, the free spirit, sex-crazed Estrella (Valerie Vera). It’s a typical bucket-list-style adventure despite these women only supposedly being in their thirties, but kudos to them for actually doing what they set out to do, and rediscovering themselves along the way. Mishaps ensue like they do, but they still have fun, like when all four ladies dance at a strip club. We even get a sneaky peek of side boob when Valeria pops her top to flash a jeep full of gents. These ladies on the roads will make you shoot your load!
