Private Property (2022)

As Kathryn (Ashley Benson) spends her days sitting by the pool in her house in the Hollywood Hills, her hot shot producer husband leaves her unsatisfied.  Kathryn used to be an actress on the rise in Tinsel Town, but now her career has stalled and her hubby isn't helping her at all because he wants her as a housewife.  When her new gardener shows up to help out with the landscaping on their lavish Private Property, she finds herself drawn to a kindred spirit and attracted to the first man to pay attention to her "shrubs" in quite some time.  As they both start to have feelings for one another, Kathryn soon realizes this mystery man that she has let into her garden may not be who he says he is!  The always stunning Ashley Benson takes on the lead of the lovelorn and horny housewife and she takes a sexy dip in a borderline sheer, white bikini to kick off this indie flick.  Later on, she strips down to some lingerie too for a peek at her "raised bed" in a thong and corset!
