Murdercise (2023)

Murdercise (2023) is a throwback to the exercise-themed horror movies of the late 80s and early 90s, most notably Killer Workout (1987), Death Spa (1989), and Body Melt (1993). The film brings together the latest generation of elevated horror scream queens like Kansas Bowling, Jessa Flux, and Nina Lanee Kent with some heavy hitting vets of the genre like Ginger Lynn Allen!

Set in a nebulous time in the late 80s, Bowling stars as Phoebe, a woman who has been cast to lead a workout video, but seemingly no one else in the workout video is taking it seriously, acting like they're in a softcore sex movie rather than a workout video. However, Phoebe didn't see the beginning of the movie, where August Kyss soaps up in the shower, so she doesn't know that she's in a softcore sex movie! 

In addition to August's skinsational shower, we're also treated to a quick flash of right breast from Nina Lanee Kent, a trio of terrific topless scenes from Jessa Flux, and Ginger Lynn Allen's first nude scene in seven years! Throw in some sexy content from both Kansas Bowling and newcomer Victoria Dementieva and you'll be giving your arm quite the workout!
