H.P. Lovecraft's the Deep Ones (2021)

Loving married couple Alex (Gina La Piana) and Petri (Johann Urb) recently suffered a miscarriage and are emotionally shattered between the walls of the home they prepped for their unborn baby.  So they decide that they could use a vacation away from their sadness and rent a beach side house for a while to clear their heads.  For a moment, it seems like they are back to the days when they first met, they are having hot sex and seem happy for the first time in a while.  Then they meet the neighbors, a kindly older man who wears a captain's hat and has a much younger and pregnant lady on his arm, Ingrid (Silvia Spross).  When he invites them to a welcome to the neighborhood mixer, they soon discover that the entire neighborhood is full of quirky characters who have all taken quite the interest in the young married couple renting the house.  You'd think that they stepped into a swingers community, but it's far more nefarious than they ever could have imagined, the entire group of neighbors are a cult of Lovecraft worshiping nutjobs who want Alex to mother The Deep One's newest offspring!  So they hypnotize Petri and begin to push Alex away from her best friend, Deb (Jackie Debatin), as they try to sink their Chtulhu hooks into their new target.  While it may be unfortunate to see Gina La Piana and Silvia Spross get sexed down by a squid faced monster, we still get to see both of them naked in other scenes as well in this indie adaptation of the H.P. Lovecraft story of the same name.  We also get to see naughty newbie, Karlie Dean, do a flaming hoola hoop dance in a sheer one-piece outfit that shows us just how acrobatic she can be from every angle!
