Mommie Dearest (1981)

Mommie Dearest (1981) is the retelling of the story of Joan Crawford's life from the perspective of her adopted daughter Christina Crawford. This movie was based on a tell-all book that Christina wrote and it subsequently caused a major falling out with her incredibly famous and legendary mother Joan. Christina alleged that Joan had a temper that went into full-on rages and was so obsessed with reviving her faltering career and getting back at any old Hollywood stars and rivals that she felt wronged her. This attitude caused chaos in Christina's childhood which was abusive, with Joan treating her first adopted daughter more like her competition than her daughter. Faye Dunaway gives us a stunning performance as Joan. She even looks remarkably like the famous screen queen. She wears sexy one-piece bathing suits and skintight gowns, but we especially love it when she gets banged by a new lover in a shower scene. We don't see much past the foggy glass, but we do get to see the wet Faye-as-Joan press herself against the glass and give us a moaning look of ecstasy. She is clearly having fun! The young and blonde Diana Scarwid takes on the role of teen Christina Crawford. In one scene, she starts making out with a boy in a barn, but they get rudely interrupted. Before the fun stops, we do get to peak up Diana's dress and see her creamy legs as well as her panties. Forget Mommie - can we see some more of both of these dearest ladies?
