Lady Oscar (1978)

Lady Oscar (1979) is a historical drama that tells the story of Oscar Francois de Jarjayes (Catriona MacColl), a young woman whose aristocratic father had wanted a son, and therefore raised his daughter as a boy. As an adult she is recruited by King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette to be the captain of the guards at Versailles, but her love for a stable boy and her growing sympathy with the French revolutionaries complicates her high position. Will she choose love over country? Do you even care? The only thing that matters is whether or not there's a scene where we get to see that she's not a boy, and brother have we got a scene for you. Catroina MacColl deserves a lady Oscar of her own for her fantastic fun bags that get unbound in a terrific scene. How anybody could think she was a boy with those boppers under her breast coat is beyond us! Lady Oscar will make you glad you've got a wiener!
