Heaven and Earth (1998)

At a glance, Swedish singer Caroline af Ugglas’s stark video “Heaven and Earth” looks a little hellish. Replete with a Saw-cum-American Horror Story asylum-style setting, and stark, raw imagery of some poor suffering soul bandaged head-to-toe and a bath gone seemingly and terribly awry, it’s not exactly reminiscent of those bright, white crystal houses some say are up high in the sky. But that’s OK, because the silver lining is that in said bath is a naked Caroline af Ugglas! So nevermind the bollocks and look out for her buttocks as she’s thrashing about in the water, screaming, albeit offering up her cute itty-bitties at the same time. The droogie-droogs in the background are watching her bound about in the nude … so we figured we would, too!
