We're not sure if you've heard, but Grease (1978) is the word! Ah, who are we kidding, you probably saw Grease at the movie theater when you were in high school, pulling the old dick in the popcorn bucket trick before getting to third base with Mary Jane Rottencrotch. The film was an absolute phenomenon when it was released in the late 70s, sending star John Travolta into the superstar stratosphere and establishing a musical movie formula that would be attempted countless times in the ensuing years—namely, take an existing musical, put a pop star in the lead role (Olivia Newton-John in this case), and write some new songs that showcase their individual talents. We all know the story by now, but the film follows the adventures of Danny (Travolta) and Sandy (Newton-John) as they navigate their blossoming romance in the final year of high school at Rydell High! While the film doesn't feature any female nudity whatsoever, the twenty and thirty-somethings playing high schoolers bring plenty of sex appeal without it ever feeling gross or exploitative. For example, 34 year old Stockard Channing as Rizzo leads a chorus of underwear clad gals like Didi Conn and Dinah Manoff in the song "Look at Me, I'm Sandra Dee." Even sexier, however, is bad girl Cha Cha DiGregorio (Annette Charles) who goes with Danny to prom and gets super leggy, showing off a lot of cleavage to boot! It's all surprisingly chaste, despite oozing sex from beginning to end, but all that sexy action with have you Grease-in your palms!
