Amorosa (1986)

Swedish author and feminist icon Agnes von Krusenstjerna gets the biopic treatment in Amorosa (1986). Agnes (Stina Ekblad) was born into a comfortable bourgeois family in Stockholm in 1894, and grew up among the conservative people she dedicated herself to shocking and offending as an adult. Galvanized by the horrors of WWI, she began writing provocative novels that dealt with female sexuality with a frankness never before seen in Swedish literature. With the encouragement of her husband and mentor David Sprengel (Erland Jospehson), Agnes' books became more and more subversive. Eventually the controversy surrounding her work drove Agnes into a mental institution, which is appropriate considering Stina's supple seat meat and suck sacks really drive Mr. Skin crazy.
