Divine Love (2019)

Set in the not-too-distant future of 2027 in Brazil, Divine Love (2019) follows the story of Joana (Dira Paes) a woman who works at a divorce registration office but works in secret to reconcile the couples whose cases she is assigned. She offers up a radical approach to saving a marriage by working with her and her husband in the practice of Divine Love, which is like swinging for Evangelical Christians. Couples gather to fornicate and swing freely, but a man may only climax when he's with his own wife. This presents a problem for Joana, however, as her husband Danilo (Julio Machado) is impotent. Joana, well aware of her advancing age, is now left to fervently pray for a miracle to occur at one of the Divine Love sessions before it's too late for her to be a mother. However, when the miracle does occur, will Joana believe in its divine providence or will she question the manner in which she actually became pregnant? This sci-fi/drama is surprisingly deep and thoughtful, with lots of big questions on its mind, namely the place for non-monogamous sex within a fervently monogamous community. The lovely Dira Paes turns in a world class performance in addition to baring all in a number of sex scenes! We get to see her breasts as she bangs her husband, her bush as she suns it on a bed, and she bares all during a swinging scene where Mariana Nunes is on hand to add some terrific T&A! The ladies of Divine Love will have you believing in immaculate cum-ception!
