Who could’ve guessed Sam Raimi’s original low budget horror indie from 1981 would go on to spawn sequels, a reboot, and a television series? And now the well-received release of the newest installment, Evil Dead Rise, we’re looking back at one of the things that makes the franchise so phenomenal - all the sexy actresses who’ve had to deal with the classic Kandarian curse! Many of them have some amazing nudity on their resumes, with some showing skin within the Evil Dead world itself! So without further ado, here are the luscious ladies who are sure to have you gripping your boomstick!
The Evil Dead (1981)
It could be said that the franchise’s popularity has a lot to do with the nudity of the original film. The scene of Ellen Sandweiss, sister to Ash (Bruce Campbell) - who brings his friends and girlfriend to a remote cabin in the woods, where they unwittingly play a recording of an ancient incarnation and awaken an evil demon - getting stripped down by the woods themselves is legendary, plus co-star Betsy Baker also famously popped her top in front of a window. The Evil Dead’s been making things rise since the very beginning!

Army of Darkness
The time-traveling third film from 1993 has a familiar face in the expository opening - this time Ash’s girlfriend Linda is played by Skin Hall of Famer Bridget Fonda during the beginning montage. Her appearance is brief and clothed, but if you want to see Bridget Fonda nude, there’s plenty to choose from, like the 1987 film Aria. Ash’s new love interest, played by Embeth Davidtz, has her dress ripped off by Evil Ash in the film but the real place to see Embeth’s three Bs is in the 1998 thriller The Gingerbread Man.

The Evil Dead (2013)
The modern remake from filmmaker Fede Alvarez featured his future Don’t Breathe star Jane Levy. Though she’d become known more for sitcoms like Suburgatory and Zoe’s Extraordinary Playlist, in 2018 she’d be seen scrubbing her bare booty outdoors in the short film Good Luck in the Land of Mañana.

Ash vs The Evil Dead
In 2015, Bruce Campbell made his return as Ash for the Starz series. Not only would the show have some spectacular nudity from likes of Hannah Tasker-Poland (and the unnamed body double for Chelsie Preston Crayford), but it also brought the stars Samara Weaving, Michelle Hurd, and Raimi favorite Lucy Lawless into the fold. You can see Samara Weaving nude in the 2020 thriller Last Moment of Clarity, Hurd goes nude in 2001's Leap Years, and while Lucy also uses a body double for her Ash vs The Evil Dead nude scene, as Lucretia in the Spartacus series, that boy is all her, baby!

The brand new film has Irish director Lea Cronin taking the helm and stars Lily Sullivan, who flashes some lovely frontal while going down a waterslide in Mental, and Alyssa Sutherland, who has a sexy outdoor washing scene in the first season of the miniseries Vikings. Her terrific T’n’A will have you letting the demons out!
