Kelly Marie Tran is cute as a button! But when she wants to turn off the adorable and turn on the erotic, she can push all our buttons. The San Diego native of Vietnamese descent got her start by experimenting in college. Well, experimenting with comedy at CollegeHumor. Tran studied at both UCLA and The Second City, before finding herself in a bunch of stuff for CollegeHumor and a couple episodes of NBC's About a Boy adaptation. Soon after, she landed the role that would make her famous, resistance mechanic Rose Tico in Star Wars: Episode VIII - The Last Jedi (2017), Star Wars: Forces of Destiny (2018) and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019). While critics largely loved her work, Kelly received a ton of hate on the internet, which led to her deleting her Instagram. As the first woman of color to play a prominent role in the sci-fi franchise, much of that hate came from a racist place. Luckily, Tran wasn't deterred and continued acting. Kelly proves she's not just an intergalactic action hero - she's also a sexy babe with hot cleavage, as Jules in Sorry for Your Loss (2018).
