This bewitching British actress took to the stage as a young girl, debuting on London’s West End as Nala in The Lion King in 2011. She’d follow that performance up with runs of Matilda the Musical at the Cambridge Theatre and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane before first appearing on screen in the TV movie Gangsta Granny in 2013. Since then India has had notable roles on The Interceptor (2015), Doctor Who (2015), Evermoor (2015-2017), The Tunnel (2017-2018), Sex Education (2019), and The Midwich Cuckoos (2022). However, in 2023 India earned the starring role of a lifetime as the titular monarch in Netflix’s Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story. Playing a younger version of Golda Rosheuvel, who plays the Queen on the hit original Bridgerton series as well as the spinoff, India is a vision in her lavish gowns and glittery jewels, but we prefer her out of them, as she and the king finally consummate their arranged marriage in the second episode. India strips down but sadly doesn’t reveal her royal rack…yet.
