HBO has some big things on tap in 2019, and this trailer they debuted during last night's Oscars ceremony gives usataste ofsome returning favorites like Game of Thrones and Big Little Lies, as well as some new stuff HBO's been keeping under wraps like the Watchmen TV series and the Deadwood movie.
Maisie Williams' Arya Stark is front and center in the GoT portion of things, with her clearly awe struck by something she sees happening in the sky nearby. We also get our first look at acting luminaries like Meryl Streep in the returningBig Little Lies, Helen Mirren as Catherine the Great, and Kathryn Hahn in the new series Mrs. Fletcher!
As for where the nudity will be, I would think that all four of those properties are a shoo-in, followed by Watchmen and probably the Deadwood movie, too, considering it is still set in and around a whorehouse. There are flashes of The Deuce—which has had nudity in all but one episode—as well as Ballers andDivorce, which are coming off of skinless seasons, but both of which hold the potential to bounce back in a big way.
