Take Berlin-born beauty Astrid Posner, who first caught our flies in Mord an Bord (2002), aka Murder on Board. The romantic-comedy television movie finds Astrid playing an amorous cruise-ship guest who spends most of her voyage in bed and topless—and with good reason, as her treasure chest isn’t something that should be lost at sea (Ha! See what Mr. Skin did there? Ship? Treasure? Sea? Brilliant!) While one of her more skinsational roles, it was by no means her only success on television, as the actress has almost exclusively made the little screen her genre of choice, appearing in a variety of series, and TV movies. Astrid’s first regular role on a show was as Friederike “Freddy” Hardenberg in Hinter Gittern – Der Frauenknast in 2003, followed by her part as Monique Westermann in That’s Life in 2005, and Kirsten Reinicke in Das Geheimnis meines Vaters in 2006. She nabbed a starring role as Cathrin Wadowski in Rote Rosen in 2008, and another one as Dr. Judith Engel in Der Staatsanwalt from 2012-2021. The hottie honey, who speaks German, English, French, and Dutch, has made her way onto the cast of nine television movies, including Ein Vater zum Verlieben (2001) as Susanne, Ein Mann zum Vernaschen (2004) as Marion, as Inez in Liebe der Lieblosen (2006), and as Kirsten Bloch in Online – Meine Tochter in Gefahr (2012).
