Review

In July of 2001 a couple of bricks of cocaine wash up on the shore of the poor village of Rabo de Piexe in the Azores islands. Turns out a small boat packed with coke been sailed by two mafiosos got caught in a huge storm, and the gangsters have hidden what remains in a small alcove, while they figure out how to break it to their boss. Most of the villagers are just happy to have this unexpected gift shake up their dull lives for a bit, but the young Eduardo (José Condessa) realizes the bricks’ value and uses his sailing knowledge to locate the other 300+ kilos, then convinces his friends Rafael (Rodrigo Tomás), Carlinhos (André Leitão), and Silvia (Helena Caldeira) to help him sell the stuff so they can all finally get out of their poverty-stricken town. Of course, it’s not that easy because now they have to contend with the Mafia, the town’s local crime boss (who also happens to be Silvia’s father), and a federal agent investigating the lost blow. Luckily Helena still has time to keep it sexy as the lone woman in the friend group, dancing around in her bikini top and nipping out on the beach. Plus she’s joined by Kelly Bailey, who also spends her time in cleavage-baring tops, even sticking her hand down her short shorts in one steamy scene! The surf won’t be the only thing up!
