Glória (2021)

As the first Netflix Original Series created and shot in the country of Portugal, Glória brings us a side of the Cold War to which most American audiences have never been exposed. The series—which debuted on the streaming service in early November 2021—takes place across the final two years of the 1960s in the titular village of Glória do Ribatejo. João (Miguel Nunes) is a talented radio engineer who takes a job at the town's radio station, which seems to be at the center of the battle for hearts and minds throughout Portugal. João is, of course, more than he seems and is actually a spy who was sent to this specific place and time to gather intelligence for his bosses, though the audience is kept in the dark as to which side he's working for and what his ultimate mission is in this place and at this station. As various elements working both sides of the Cold War begin to close in on him, the true nature of his mission soon becomes apparent and he begins a fight not only for his own survival, but for the principals which got him involved in this long and bloody conflict in the first place. The show's first season is jam packed with sexy and nude content with both Ana Neborac and Carolina Amaral baring their breasts during sex scenes! We also get a nice look at Inês Castel-Branco's bare buns and a steamy sapphic smooch between Victória Guerra and Maria João Pinho! It may be the Cold War, but these Portuguese ladies sure know how to heat things up!
