The luscious lady from Lisbon honed her acting skills at the Escola Superior Teatro e Cinema and got right to work making her film debut in 2017’s Damned Summer. After making a few brief appearances on the television series 1986 (2018), Prisioneira (2019), and Vai Ficar Tudo Bem! (2020), Helena spent two years on the Portuguese soap opera Bem me Quer. Then in 2023, she would reunite with two of the soap’s stars José Condessa and Kelly Bailey for the Netflix series Turn of the Tide ( aka Rabo de Peixe), about a group of young friends from a small island village who discover over 300 kilos of cocaine belonging to the Italian Mafia. Helena plays the pink-haired Silvia, who’s dating one of the friends while another also has the hots for her.
