Trespassers (2019)

Also known as Hell Is Where The Home Is, this Orson Oblowitz-helmed thriller stars Angela Trimbur and Janel Parrish as two young hotties who rent a luxurious house in the Mojave desert for the weekend with their boyfriends (Zach Avery, Jonathon Howard) in the hopes of fixing their respective relationships. Their wild weekend getaway starts off well enough - a bit of dancing, drugs, and of course, some spicy hot tub sex. But once an unwanted visitor (Fairuza Balk) arrives claiming to be a neighbor having car trouble and asking to use the phone, this swanky chateau spirals into a blood and violence-filled house of horrors.
