The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window (2022)

Anna (Kristen Bell) wallows away her days in her house by chugging red wine, taking her prescribed medication from her shrink, and generally feeling brokenhearted all the time since her husband, Douglas (Michael Ealy), left her. Then one day, while sitting in her arm chair, she notices a handsome neighbor, Neil (Tom Riley) has moved in across the street with his daughter.  Being the home body that she has become, she begins to spy on the devoted father with her often times over filled glass of wine, developing a huge crush on the fit and shirtless dad.  Anna has elaborate fantasies of Neil coming over and ripping her robe off and taking her right there in her arm chair she is spying on him from!  She invited herself over for a "welcome to the neighborhood" dinner with him, then soon meets his beautiful but often away on business wife, Lisa (Shelley Hennig) and her jealousy grows.  Now Anna's days are spend watching through the window, suspecting there is more to The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window!  Is the husband being cheated on by his wife, why does she have two phones? Is there more to the scars on his body that she keeps seeing when he gets undressed for bed? Did she in fact witness a grisly murder or was she hammered and imagining it???  This TV movie parody series certainly sets the tone of a Lifetime movie, but it is in fact just a good old fashioned dark comedy with Kristen Bell being her hilarious self.  She also doesn't mind getting into her undies in this one on several occasions and she is still so scalding hot it hurts!  Also, Shelley Hennig spends a bit of time in her bra as well as everyone is being spied on by Anna as she drinks gallons of vino!
