Tequila RePasado (2023)

Literally translated to Tequila Reviewed (a play on the words Tequila Reposado or Aged Tequila), this comedy film is about Dany (Sebastián Zurita), a workaholic who’s vying against Taylor (Ludwika Paleta) for the praise of their boss Gero (Miguel Rodarte). Well, everything backfires and he loses his job in addition to being on the outs with the woman he loves (Paulina Gaitán). In order to fix things, he drinks a magic tequila that is supposed to allow him to go back in time, but the past version of himself seems to get in the way so has to keep going back over and over again. If only the same was true for seeing Paulina in her undies. Now that’s something we could again and again and never tire of!
