Elviz (Denis Moschitto) borrows money from his uncle to start a nightclub, but the uncle quickly realizes that he could make more money by tearing down the club and building a hotel on the land. He lies to the authorities and has the club shut down then demands to be paid or he will take control of the land. Desperate for cash, Elviz derives a plan to start a Turkish-language phone sex line as a means of paying his uncle back.

Things take a romantic turn when Anna (Marie Zielcke), a sexy aspiring belly dancer, comes to work for Elviz.
