Stay Alive (2006)

In the seventeenth century, Countess Elizabeth Bathory was alleged to have sought eternal youth by bathing in the blood of nubile female virgins. Four hundred years later, the teens in Stay Alive (2006) play a video game based on the gory exploits of the vampiric noblewoman and, one by one, they die in real life as they die in the game. This refreshingly gruesome horror epic brings old-school gore and, more importantly, skin to a field overcrowded with PG-13 wannabes. Stay Alive will make you stay hard.
