Silent Hours (2021)

Silent Hours (2021) had a long and strange journey to the screen, beginning life as a three part television miniseries in the UK in 2015 before being edited into a two and a half hour feature film for the international market some six years later. The basic premise of the story remains the same, however, finding decorated former Naval commander turned private detective, John Duval (James Weber Brown), trying to clear his name after becoming the prime suspect in a trio of brutal and sexually motivated murders. Detective Inspector Jane Ambrose (Dervla Kirwan) thinks it's too much of a stretch to believe that Duval is continually turning up in the wrong place at the wrong time in the lives of each of the three murdered women and she becomes dogged in her pursuit to find Duval and bring him to justice. However, when two of Duval's colleagues—Navy Commander William Calthorpe (Hugh Bonneville) and psychologist Dr. Catherine Benson (Indira Varma)—become involved in the investigation, she begins to suspect that they are tampering with the case in order to protect their friend. It's now a race against time before the killer strikes again and Duval becomes increasingly desperate to clear his name. The film has some brutal sexual violence in it, which is sure to be a turn off for most viewers, but we are treated to a terrific topless sex scene from Annie Cooper, along with bare buns from Elizabeth Healey as she gets banged from behind in another sex scene! Throw in some sexy support from Jacey Jarman, Susie Amy, and Vicki Michelle, and Silent Hours will have you crying out in ecstasy!
