The lovely Sandra Dorsey has been a beloved character actor since the mid 70s. She actually married another much loved character actor too, Joe Dorsey, and both of them actually run an acting studio together, seemingly showing the younger professionals in the business we call show that you don't have to ALL be George Clooney or Meryl Streep! Born in Atlanta in 1939, Sandra actually didn't start getting acting gigs on the screen until she was in her mid-30s, with her first role being in the Jaws (1975) knock-off Grizzly (1976), where she gets mauled to death in her tent by the titular 18-feet tall bear while in her undies. She followed that up opposite her hubby in the Tim Conway helmed comedy They Went That-A-Way & That-A-Way (1978), did an episode of The Dukes of Hazzard, and then a smaller part in the Oscar winner Norma Rae (1979). In the late 80s, she was able to jump into the slasher flick Sleepaway Camp III: Teenage Wasteland, then she did the talking pig movie (not that one...) with 1994's Gordy, then a handful of TV movies before jumping back onto the big screen. Her most recent work comes in the Farrelly brothers The Three Stooges (2012) and then teamed up with the comedic bros again for their sequel Dumb and Dumber To (2014). Hopefully Sandra gets back into some roles soon enough because after rewatching Grizzly and seeing her in her undies, we feel like we could use more of that in our lives these days!
