A cultural worker with a BA in Linguistics, Nava has turned her years of experience helping immigrant and LGBTQ+ survivors of violence into a thriving filmmaking career, starting in 2019 as the director, producer, and star of the dramatic short Waking Hour. In 2021, she earned her first recurring role in the television series Generation and nabbed her second in 2024 when she played Teri in the biographical Netflix series Baby Reindeer. As the girlfriend of a failing comedian, Nava makes her nudecomer debut showing her naturals in a sex scene with the show’s main character, before a steamy run-in with his stalker gives him confidence in the bedroom again. We’d like to say we’re confident we’ll see Nava strip down again, at least now that she’s brought out her boobs for the first time on screen!
