National Lampoon's Pucked (2006)

The National Lampoon crew try their hand at a hockey flick in National Lampoon's Pucked (2006). Jon Bon Jovi is Frank, a former hotshot trial lawyer turned failed inventor who lives on dreams, schemes, and handouts from his sister Leona (Nora Dunn). But when one day he jokingly claims to be a millionaire on a credit card application and ends up with more than his share of pre-approved credit cards, suddenly all of Frank's business ideas are doable--and his most doable dream is to create a hockey league of doable dames. Yes, Frank's convinced a female hockey league will take off like gangbusters, so he commits all sorts of credit card fraud to make it happen. Is the world ready for chicks with sticks . . . gone pro? The answer, apparently, is no: Bon Jovi's bevvy of puck-drunk beauties lands him deep in nothing but trouble and debt, and when he goes to his sexy ex, Jessica (Estella Warren), for legal representation, the trouble doubles. It ends up her former flame Norman (Cary Elwes), is trying his case! But remember, Franks was a super lwayer not that long ago! Low-budget and lowbrow, National Lampoon's Pucked is light on plot, and heavy on heavyweight great Dot Jones, she of the huge haunches and the mean, mean mouth. Throw in Married… with Children's David Faustino, Mad TV's Pat Kilbane, Curtis "Booger" Armstrong from Revenge of the Nerds (1984), and a nutshot or two, and you'll be singing that familiarly juvenile (but always nubile) Lampoon tune. Unfortunately, there's none of the familiar flashing. Aside from some team shower sideboob from Angela Bennett, all we get is a butt shot from Dot Jones, only to find out it's not actually Mrs. Beiste from Glee, but a butt double! Boo! No boobs at all, National Lampoon? What the puck?
