Manodrome (2023)

It seems like the walls are closing in on mild-mannered doofus Ralph (Jesse Eisenberg) considering he just got fired from his job and his girlfriend Sal (Odessa Young) is due to give birth in less than a month. No one in his life seems to respect him as a man, but a new mentor in his life known only as Dad Dan (Adrien Brody) is going to introduce him to a whole new way of thinking and living with Manodrome (2023)! Part Fight Club-esque satire on modern masculinity, part 4chan message boards you don't ever want to stumble across, the film examines what it means to be a man in the post-Trump world. The always sexy Odessa Young brings a little preggo sex appeal here, showing off her belly while banging Eisenberg, though even he's not into it. Damn dude, time to re-evaluate things, maybe stop listening to male self-help gurus who look like Adrien Brody.
