Madame Claude (2021)

Madame Claude (2021) tells the true story of the decline of one of France's most notorious bordello operators, the titular Madame Claude (Karole Rocher). Madame Claude thinks that she's in a unique position because, as the proprietor of a business frequented by both the rich and the powerful, that she's automatically insulated from any potential criminal trouble. She has also managed to gain a grip on the underworld and their proclivity for frequenting her businesses. This two-pronged attack led her to become as untouchable as a person could become without being the head of a country. However, the power and influence she has been wielding for decades isn't quite as powerful or influential as it once was, and she's now staring down the barrel of her glory days finally being behind her. A kaleidoscope of memories come together to form the narrative structure of the film, charting her downfall and juxtaposing it with flashbacks to the good old days when she was building power rather than losing it! As one might expect from a film set in and around the world of illicit sexual activities, there's plenty of skin to be found in this affair! Not only does the title character played by Karole Rocher set the tone by baring her right breast, there's even more from her various employees! Garance Marillier and Léa Rostain have a skinsational sapphic hookup that finds Garance baring her breasts and Léa flaunting T'n'A!
