La soga (2009)

An assassin takes up arms against his corrupt masters in the gritty action flick, La Soga (2009). In this taut, tight thriller from the Dominican Republic, Luisito AKA "La soga," which means "the rope" (Manny Perez) is the ten year old son of a butcher, whose innocence is shattered by his father's brutal murder at the hands of a drug lord. General Colon (Jan Fernandez), head of the secret police, recognizes the rage inside of the shy, sensitive boy, and trains Luisito in the art of government funded bloodshed. Years later, Luisito has grown up into a cold-blooded assassin and the General's right hand man. Meanwhile, his childhood sweetheart Jenny (Denise Quinones) has returned to the slum where they both grew up, and La soga wants to tear off her toga. Skinspired by the love and tenderness Jenny shows him, Luisito decides to stand up to the corruption and violence around him, both from the gangs and from General Colon. But before he does that, he's got to make sure he gets to the notorious drug kingpin Rafa (Paul Calderon), who sure seems to have been involved in his dad's death, before the government does. They say the man who seeks revenge should dig two graves, but there's a 2022 sequel, so whoever said that might have just been a coward. Credit to Manny, who you might recognize from his work on Law & Order: Special Victim's Unit, for both writing and starring in this film. But since you'll be combing through the credits looking for the girl who flashed her tits, you should know that babe is Anais Martinez. Anais bares her right breast as a woman who narrowly avoids having her nipple cut off by a pair of rusty scissors when some brute tears apart her tank top and threatens her husband with lopping off her topping. Don't do it. Cutting off that amazing nip would be a crime against hu-MAM-ity. He doesn't go through with the snip of the nip, so we're pretty sure he just wanted a squeeze.
