Innocence (2000) is an Australian drama about a couple who have an affair after 40 years apart, and it’s just as intense as when they were young lovers. Do we have to see that intensity explicitly illustrated in the lovemaking of a couple of geriatrics? Thankfully, no. We do, however, through the magic of film flashbacks are privy to their wild escapades as young lovers. That’s where the better half of the relationship, played in her youth by Kristien Van Pellicom, is topless. We thank to moviemakers for keeping the old ones clothed and the young ones naked, as it should be.
