In Hot Blood (1968)

The seventy-minute extravaganza stars Doris Porro as an impoverished factory worker who’s set her sights on obtaining fame and fortune as a runway model. Rita (Porro) has the bust line to break into the big time, but she’ll have to survive a six-month gauntlet of photographer come-ons, drug pushing, and more if she wants to get paid. A salacious peek behind the scenes at a dog-eat-dog industry, Landwehr’s flick fetishizes as it criticizes, showing Porro and girlfriends Dolores and Ruth Colon getting chewed up, spit out, and enjoying every second of it.
