A grocer has been brutally murdered, now it’s up to detectives to find out why in Die dunkle Seite (2008). Mehmet Üsker (Ufuk Bozkurt) is found dead in his apartment after three days of torture, and Commissioner Arik Menemenci (Hilmi Sözer) is leading the investigation. Meanwhile, a mysterious man hires private detective, Vera Gemini (Melika Foroutan), to find a man last seen with Mehmet. Soon Vera will uncover a deep conspiracy that spans years and continents.
