Crazy Eyes (2012)

A hard partier is trying to drink his problems away until he meets a girl called Crazy Eyes (2012). Independently wealthy Zach (Lukas Haas) is best friends with his favorite bartender, Dan (Jake Busey), which gives some insight into his priorities. But one night he meets fellow barfly Rebecca aka Crazy Eyes (Madeline Zima) and her resistance to his charms ignites a passion in him. The pair become drinking buddies, but Zach remains consumed by what he can’t have. There is sadly no nudity from former child star Madeline Zima, although she does spend the majority of the movie in some state of undress staring with a bikini-clad scene 20-minutes in. But it isn't her eyes that'll have you feeling nuttier than a jar of peanut butter!
