How Much Nudity Will Paquin And Grainger's Love Bring To The Screen?
Anna Paquin has played someone who can read minds and love vampires, she’s played a super mutant, and she’s played a “band aid”. But now she’s going to tackle what will possibly be her sexiest challenge yet inTell It To The Bees. The film will star Anna Paquin and Holliday Grainger (who you probably remember most from The Borgias) as lovers, and if you haven’t had a chance to read the book the film is based on, here’s a breakdown of the story:
Deadline reports that the story follows a single mother, played by Grainger, who meets the small village’s Doctor Jean Markham, played by Paquin, when her son Charlie is taken under the doctor’s wing after being bullied in school. Markham encourages Charlie to tell his secrets to the bees, a Scottish tradition amongst beekeepers, who share their big life events with the hive.
So, I guess at some point Paquin and Grainger will fall in love. I haven’t read the book so I have no idea how steamy the love scenes get, but let’s hope there are some nude scenes in the film! They don’t have to go all Blue is the Warmest Color, unless they want to; but at least have some Carol moments.
No release date has been set, but we are going to keep our eyes open for any news.
