HBO star Olivia Cooke, who plays Alicent Hightower on the Game of Thrones prequel series House of the Dragon, reportedly filmed a sex scene for the show’s second season she described as “messy as fuck” and “really fun to do” but that ultimately ended up getting cut. In an interview with Elle magazine, Olivia claims the call was made to leave it out because “we weren’t learning any more about the characters” and that she disagreed slightly with that reasoning from showrunner Ryan Condol. Us too, especially if it meant we could've seen Olivia Cooke nude!

She may have been referring to one of the two encounters with Fabien Frankel’s Criston Cole in the season premiere. The first has her fully clothed while getting her lady garden licked and the other shows her bare back while riding him in bed before her daughter and grandchild interrupt by coming into the room.

Olivia also had a scene in a bathtub during the premiere but was only shown from the shoulders up, unlike her amazing topless scene in 2014’s The Quiet Ones.

So far, the epic fantasy series has come nowhere close to matching the quality and quantity - or should we say quan-titty - of its predecessor. The prequel’s best sex scene to date is still the Sonoya Mizuno nude scene with Matt Smith in the series premiere, and it seems that Olivia may share our sentiment, admitting she thought she would be in more sex scenes. Although she does say she’s glad the ones she has had show “Alicent being pleasured.” Well, duh, she’s a queen, after all.

Olivia’s prior sex scenes, specifically the one in 2018’s Katie Says Goodbye, are definitely not as focused on her character’s enjoyment, but you’ll certainly enjoy seeing her tasty T’n’A.

It’s obvious Olivia’s not shy about stripping down, especially if it tells a good story, so House of the Dragon needs to take advantage and give Olivia and the people what they want already!
