It's such a sad day to lose such a lovely light in the entertainment world. Julie Strain passed away on January 10th, so we want to celebrate the life of such a beautiful and talented woman who has delighted fans of skin for decades.
Julie was born in 1962 in Concord, California, where she was a very athletic young lady. This made her exceptionally proud of her body. By the time she moved to Hollywood, she became known as the Queen of the B-movies and began appearing in Penthouse in the early 1990s. It was amazing because by then Julie was in her thirties. She became a Penthouse Pet of the Year in 1993 when she was 31. She once said about her nude photos: "For me, posing in the nude is art." We agree!
This 6'1" stunner with a perfect hourglass frame showed off her artistic body again and again in several movies. Some of my favorites Battle Queen 2020, Delta Delta Die!, and Sorceress just to name a few.
Sadly, Julie battled early dementia for the past few years likely due to a brain injury she sustained in her twenties. She passed away at the age of 58. We're so grateful to have lived in a world that gave us Julie Strain. She made a huge impression on audiences everywhere for decades with her many talents. May she rest in peace.
