Now here is a gorgeous woman we would love to see more of, but alas, her film career only lasted for a handful of movies before she hung up her sexy spurs! Myriam Niang is a Senegalese actress who made a massive splash in the world of cinema with her very first feature film credit, which also marked her Nude-Comer debut to the silver screen back in 1973. She took on a lead role in the classic film Touki Bouki aka Journey of the Hyena (1973), which is oftentimes considered a landmark African film. The film follows a couple of Senegalese 20-somethings, one a cow herder named Mory (Magaye Niang) and Anta (Myriam Niang), a college student, who are looking to leave their lives behind in their homeland and make their way to Paris and start a new life together. The only way they see themselves getting enough money saved up is to start stealing to earn enough money to make it to the City of Lights on Mory's motorcycle. Myriam absolutely shines as Anta and comes in with a staggering four nude scene, highlighting her exceptional beauty along that way that is enough to make you grift your way across Africa to spend more time with her! After this breakout flick, Myriam only had three more credits over the years with Baks (1974), Xala (1975), and Guelwaar (1992), and that was all she wrote! Hopefully this Senegal screen siren makes a comeback, but in the meantime just fire up the "Criterion Collection" and rewatch Touki Bouki for Myriam in her prime in a breathtaking movie!
