OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“D.C.”) (EXCLUDING FLORIDA, NEW YORK AND RHODE ISLAND) 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER ONLY.

The sweepstakes described in these Official Rules (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 5, 2021 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on March 24, 2021 ("Sweepstakes Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, each “day” begins at 12:00 am ET and ends at 11:59 pm ET.

1. TO ENTER AND PLAY: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.mrskin.com/million-bracket-challenge (the “Website”) and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including providing a valid email address. Then, complete the brackets in order to select the winning actresses for all of the 63 match-ups provided on the Website. Matchup winners will be determined through random processes (see Rule 3, below).

Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes entry per email address/person. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry method or the use of any means to obtain more than the stated number of Sweepstakes entries will void all entries and result in disqualification.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to residents of the 50 United States and D.C. (excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island), 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except for employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, successors, or assignees of SK Intertainment, Inc. (“SK”), OddsOn Promotions (“OOP”), or any promotional agency involved with this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”), and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related. Void in New York, Rhode Island and Florida, and where prohibited.

3. WINNER DETERMINATION:

Grand Prize: Out of the 63 match-ups provided by SK, OOP will randomly select 32 winning actresses for Round 1, 16 winning actresses for Round 2, 8 winning actresses for Round 3, 4 winning actresses for Round 4, two winning actresses for Round 5, and the ultimate winning actress for the final round (collectively, the “Matchup Results”). The Matchup Results will be revealed on or around April 5, 2021 on the Website. Any eligible entry received during the Sweepstakes Period that correctly predicted all Matchup Results for all six rounds will be deemed a “Finalist”. The Finalist (if any) with the earliest timestamp of entry will win the Grand Prize and will be notified at the email address provided by him/her when entering the Sweepstakes. If no eligible entry correctly predicted all Matchup Results, there will be no Sweepstakes winner.

Runner-Up Prizes: Each Matchup Result will be allocated a certain number of points as follows:

Round 1: 1 point per matchup
Round 2: 2 points per matchup
Round 3: 4 points per matchup
Round 4: 8 points per matchup
Round 5: 16 points per matchup
Round 6: 32 points

The 5 entries that receive the highest number of points from correctly predicting Matchup Results will each win one (1) Runner-Up Prize. In the event of a tie, the entry with the earliest timestamp will prevail.

The potential Sweepstakes winners (or their parent/legal guardian if they are deemed a minor in their jurisdiction of residence [“Minor”]) must execute and return an Affidavit of Compliance, Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release (collectively “Declaration”) within five (5) days of first attempted delivery, or they will forfeit the prize, which may then be awarded to the winning entry with the next earliest timestamp of entry, if any. The return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and the prize may be awarded to the winning entry with the next earliest timestamp of entry, if any. Any prize won by a Minor will be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent/legal guardian. For tax reporting purposes, the winner must provide SK with a valid social security number before the prize will be awarded. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the winner for the actual value of the prize received.

4. PRIZE:

One (1) Grand Prize: one million dollar (USD1,000,000.00) forty-year annuity.

The Grand Prize, if won, is to be paid over a forty-year period at twenty-five thousand dollars (USD25,000.00) per calendar year in equal monthly installments, without interest. Cash Alternative: Winner may opt to receive, in lieu of the annuity, a reduced single lump sum payment, in an amount to be agreed upon by the winner and SK.

Five (5) Runner-Up Prizes: one (1) lifetime subscription to mrskin.com.
Approximate Retail Value: four hundred and ninety-nine dollars (USD499.00)

Odds of correctly selecting all Matchup Results and becoming a Finalist are 1 in 9,223,372,036,854,775,808. A Finalist’s odds of winning the Grand Prize, and odds of winning the Runner-up Prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

5. PUBLICITY: Acceptance of prize shall constitute and signify each winner’s (and his/her parent’s or legal guardian’s if winner is a Minor) agreement and consent to the Sweepstakes Parties and their designees’ use of the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photo, and/or prize information in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional, marketing, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet and social media platforms, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.

6. GENERAL RULES: All federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants (and their parents/legal guardians if entrants are Minors) accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the SK, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants (and their parents/legal guardians if entrants are Minors) agree to hold Sweepstakes Parties and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns, promotion agencies and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize (if applicable), including but not limited to claims and liability in connection with events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, wide spread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism, and with all related travel. Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes, or by any human error, which may occur in the programming of this Sweepstakes or in the transmission, receipt or processing of the entries. In no event will SK be liable for more than the prizes stated in Rule 4. If due to a computer programming or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded in this Sweepstakes according to Rule 4, the prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all valid prize claimants. Released Parties are further not responsible for: unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes entry, or in the Sweepstakes generally; incomplete or inaccurate information on the Website whether due to unauthorized human intervention, equipment failure or malfunction, or other cause; electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the winners. If, in SK's opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical or other difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, SK reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the SK, at SK's sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entry will be declared made by the name on the registration form, provided he/she complies with these Official Rules. All federal, state and local laws apply. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the Website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair practices, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, SK reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law (as well as disqualifying such individual). SK’s decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the Official Rules generally. SK has the right to change the Sweepstakes Period, and all other dates or deadlines set in connection with this Sweepstakes, at any time and in its sole discretion and notice will be posted on the Website.

7. DISPUTES: Entrant (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a Minor) agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois or the appropriate Illinois state court located in Chicago, Illinois; (ii) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (III) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT (AND ENTRANT’S PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN IF ENTRANT IS A MINOR) HEREBY WAIVES, ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sweepstakes Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials or notifications and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
